Description:
Conducts technical training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of complex situations for multiple products. May instruct participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions. Develops, implements and maintains the product training manual, materials and programs. Organizes and conducts training sessions, both in the field and at corporate facilities, to train customers and internal technical employees. Makes recommendations to improve service and responsiveness to clients.
